Audrey Ong

Partner, Director of Partnerships 

Based in Singapore & Malaysia

Audrey has over 10 years of experience in the lifestyle and entertainment industries.

Here at Secret Signals, Audrey’s responsibilities include pursuing opportunities for long-term growth for the company as well as maintaining relationships with clients and partners. 

She has been invited to speak at regional music conferences such as MU:CON in South Korea and SXSW Sydney.

Edwin Waliman

Partner, Director of Operations

Based in Singapore

Edwin has been an integral force behind the success of Secret Signals, having been with the company since 2013. He oversees all day-to-day operations of the business and looks after the team of project managers across the region. 

He is also the co-creator of the cultural phenomenon EMONIGHTSG, making waves in the nightlife scene and providing a platform and safe space for the alternative rock community and subculture in Singapore.

Nicole Long

Digital Activations & Account Manager

Based in Singapore

Our self-proclaimed nightlife ninja cut her teeth in Singapore’s indie and alternative music scene through her previous work with the creative agency EATMEPOPTART. Her experience ranges from social media strategy to event programming.


Since joining Secret Signals in 2021, Nicole has managed some of our long-term retainer clients and spearheads all our digital activation campaigns.

Jocelyn Tan

PR & Marketing Executive

Based in Singapore

Prior to joining Secret Signals in 2024, Jocelyn worked for over 5 years in the arts and music industry in Singapore as a copywriter, social media manager, and marketing & content strategist for brands and events such as Light To Night and EATMEPOPTART. ​

More importantly, she has declared herself as "the best cat mom ever".

Maryanne Tan

PR & Marketing Executive

Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Ever since her days as a student and a devoted pop & k-pop enthusiast, Maryanne has been captivated by the rhythm of the music industry. She has since turned her passion into a career, beginning at UMG Malaysia, handling 360 marketing for international artists before expanding her horizons fronting digital content marketing for various companies.

At Secret Signals, she now channels her expertise into helping artists develop audiences in Malaysia and beyond.

Kevin Wiyarnanda

Country Manager (Indonesia)

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Kevin had over 6 years of experience working in PR for international-scale music festivals in Indonesia prior to joining Secret Signals in 2021.

 

He is now responsible for bridging Secret Signals’ vibrant roster of acts to the ever-growing entertainment scene of the largest archipelago country in the world.

​Kevin is also a practising alt-R&B musician, finding solace in music under the moniker VVYND.

Rasyiqa Tharifa

Account Executive (Indonesia)

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Rasyiqa has worked for multiple independent labels in Indonesia prior to joining Secret Signals in 2023.

Besides overseeing campaigns within Indonesia, she has a keen eye on the local music scene and a particular passion for executing on-ground fan activations.

Astri Hashilah

Admin Assistant / Account Executive

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia

Astri comes from a psychology background with years of experience in non-profit work, as well as in music and film festivals and events. 

Her love for songwriting led her to join the Secret Signals team in 2024. She currently runs a local NGO called Lentera Sintas Indonesia and takes up songwriting projects for other artists in her free time.

Dianne Racela

PR & Marketing Executive (Philippines)

Based in Manila, Philippines

With years of experience in the entertainment and music industries, Dianne is a versatile marketing strategist with expertise in PR, event management, social media and digital strategy. She has created multi-format campaigns for Philippines' market leaders including GMA Network Inc., Viva Records Corp, and Universal Music Group Philippines.

Continuing her passion for the industry, she now lends her expertise to Secret Signals, expanding the local presence of international artists in the Philippines.

Ara May Tanagon

PR & Marketing Executive (Philippines)

Based in Manila, Philippines

For over 7 years, Ara has been a constant presence in the entertainment industry.
 

With music as her main focus, Ara bridged the gap between domestic and international artists with their superfans as the Lead Media Producer in UMG Philippines by curating and producing content that are artist forward and fan-centric.

 

In her free time, she continues to pursue her creative endeavors, working as a photographer, videographer, and assistant director in the advertising and entertainment space.

Esmond Wee

Partner

Based in Singapore

Esmond has over 20 years of experience in the music industry. He was a key figure in Singapore’s late 90s and early aughts indie scene through his company Wake Me Up Music which was known for the impact it made on the youth and local music culture locally and Southeast Asia through the iconic Baybeats Festival.

In 2012 along with Sameer, he started Secret Signals with the goal of helping musicians and labels develop their audience in Southeast Asia.

Sameer Sadhu

Partner

Based in New York City, USA

Post-inception of Secret Signals in 2012, Sameer moved to the United States to continue his career in music. In 2015, he joined Nettwerk Management while based in Los Angeles and managed GRAMMY-nominated artist Mike Posner, Christina Perri and more.

Sameer is now based in New York City and has taken on the role of Senior Vice President of A&R at Nettwerk Music Group.
